Use of Website

When the user uses the Website or our services, the user agree to use the Website and our services only for purposes that are permitted by these Terms and any applicable law, regulation or generally accepted practices or guidelines in the relevant jurisdictions. In addition, the user agrees and warrants that they are solely responsible for any breach of their obligations under these Terms and for the consequences (including any loss or damage which MEMECHAT PVT. LTD. may suffer) of any such breach. As a condition of user’s use of the Website and our services, the user warrant to MEMECHAT that the user will not use the Website or our services for any purpose that is unlawful or prohibited by these Terms. 

Whether on behalf of yourself or on behalf of any third-party, the user agrees not to:

• Access or attempt to access our services and content other than through our website, unless you have specifically been permitted to do so in a separate written agreement signed by an authorized representative of MEMECHAT;
• Access or attempt to access the Website, or any portion thereof, through any automated means, including but not limited to the use of scripts or web crawlers;
• Engage in any activity that disrupts or otherwise interferes with the Website (or the servers and networks which are connected to the Website), or our services;
• “Scrape”, duplicate, reproduce, copy, republish, license, sell, trade or resell the Website for any purpose;
• Divert or attempt to divert MEMECHAT STORE's customers to another Website, mobile application, or service;
• Send unsolicited or unauthorized emails on behalf of MEMECHAT STORE, including promotions and/or advertising of products or services;
• Restrict or inhibit any other person from using the Website or our services;
• Modify, adapt, translate, reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any portion of the Website;
• Attempt to do anything, or encourage, assist, or allow any third-party to do anything in violation of these Terms; or
• Use a false email address, impersonate any person or entity, or falsely state or otherwise misrepresent your affiliation with any person or entity in connection with the Website or our services.

MEMECHAT reserves the right to refuse service, in its sole discretion, at any time, for any lawful reason, without notice. MEMECHAT reserves the right to withdraw or amend the Website, and any service or material we provide on the Website, in its sole discretion, at any time, for any reason, without notice. However, we will try and give you reasonable notice of this by appropriate means where required.

TO THE EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, MEMECHAT STORE WILL NOT BE LIABLE IF FOR ANY REASON ALL OR ANY PART OF THE WEBSITE IS UNAVAILABLE AT ANY TIME OR FOR ANY PERIOD. FROM TIME TO TIME, WE MAY RESTRICT ACCESS TO SOME PARTS OF THE WEBSITE, OR THE WEBSITE ENTIRELY, TO USERS, INCLUDING REGISTERED USERS. We will try and give you reasonable notice of this by appropriate means where required.

Placing Orders

1. Orders
   The user may place an order on the Website by adding the products to your cart. You are free to add or remove items from the cart.
   Once the items are placed in the cart you will be required to share details such as your full name, address with pin code, phone number, email address and proceed to make payment for the order with the payment option available on our website (refer Clause 3.2).
   Once payment is made, you will receive order confirmation details and invoice on the registered email address confirming that the order has been placed. You will then receive order dispatch information when the order is packed and ready to dispatch. This email will contain order tracking details.
   You acknowledge that MEMECHAT STORE may, in its sole discretion, at any time after receiving your order, accept or decline the order for any reason. In addition, MEMECHAT STORE may cancel your order and limit order quantity. Where your order is declined, cancelled or limited, we will inform you of this by appropriate means. In case, the customer’s orders get declined, or cancelled for any reason, and if the customer has paid for it, then in that case, the MemeChat will initiate a refund for the same. If, however, your order is limited or cancelled after your bank account has been charged for the purchase, MEMECHAT STORE will initiate refund as per Clause 6. 
   
   Note: In many cases, you might receive a single Mystery Box that is equivalent to your purchase value. For example, if you purchased 10 mystery boxes, you might receive 1 box that equates to the value (MRP i.e Maximum Retail Price) or has a higher value (MRP) of the items you purchased.
   
   
2. Payments
   In order to place an order with MEMECHAT STORE, you must add the desired items to your cart and proceed with the “Checkout” option. The customer will have to enter the details like full name, email, shipping address, phone number, pin code, city state and payment information. You represent and warrant that the information provided by you to MEMECHAT STORE is accurate and complete and you are authorized to use such payment methods for the purchase. After the customer enters their detail, the customer is required to choose the suitable payment method. The customer can complete their payment with the following options:

   Customers can select "Coinbase commerce", if they wish to pay with Crypto. We accept following Crypto Currencies:
   
   Ethereum
   Bitcoin
   Bitcoin Cash
   Dogecoin
   USDC
   DAI
   
   

   After the customer selects the “Coinbase Commerce”, you will be redirected to a link https://commerce.coinbase.com/charges/xxxxxxxx. Here, the customer will have to have a Coinbase wallet, you can directly pay with the help of that, or you can select a coin of your choice and pay from your own external wallet. Coinbase commerce automatically matches the price with the then current market rate of the selected currency and shows the customer, the converted amount to be paid with that particular currency. We also provide the user with an option to pay via scanning the QR showing up at their screen or just by copying our wallet address and transferring it to our wallet. 

   The user or customer will have a time limit of 1 hour to complete the payment gateway, and place their order.  

   
   

   Please direct your queries regarding payment failures and double debits to our payment service provider Cashfree Payments India Pvt Ltd, which provide and manage our payment solutions, payment gateway aggregation and facilitate the initiation and receipt of electronic payments, including but not limited to payments effected through credit cards, debit cards, net-banking, pre-paid instruments and payment methods.

   FOR CASH ON DELIVERY ORDERS, ADDITIONAL AMOUNT OF 65 INR WILL CHARGED TO THE CUSTOMER ON PER ORDER BASIS.

3.  Shipping

   Your total cost for the purchase of any product will include shipping and handling charges, but for the cash on delivery, the user will be charged with an additional amount of 70 INR. Depending on factors like location, connectivity, etc., orders are usually delivered within 07 to 25 working days of placing the order.
   Note: Shipping will take between 10 to 25 days! Based on your shipping location, you might receive single or multiple gifts worth the price of your order total. In rare cases, some orders are processed with "empty" boxes as well!
   
   
4. Subscription
   The products are sold to user on subscription basis. The subscription plan starts with a basic 1-month plan and ranges till 12 months. During the period of this subscription period, the user will be provided with 1 notebook each month so that they can enjoy the experience carefree and every month a new notebook will arrive at their door steps.
   
5. Cancellation
   The user may cancel their order at no cost at any time before the order has been processed and shipped for which a full refund will be made to the user in their respective source account. The customer will not be allowed to cancel the order after if it’s processed and shipped from our end.
   
   
6. Exchange, Return and Refund
   All refunds are processed into original payment method. Refund process might take 5-7 business days upon package arrival to our return department and reflect on the bank statement.
   Shipping and handling fee are not refundable.
   Mystery Box will not eligible for return/exchange.
   
   Apparel products are considered as final sales and are not eligible for return/exchange unless the product is received damaged or tampered.
